  • Amanda Swift – Paralegal

    Amanda Swift

    Amanda has been with the firm since November 2020 and is the Paralegal to our Personal Injury Department. Amanda comes to us from a large personal injury law firm and brings years of experience in managing personal injury cases from auto accidents to slip & falls. She has assisted in over 1,000 personal injury case victories and assisted in recovering millions of dollars in settlements for injured clients. Born and raised in Daytona, she graduated from Atlantic High School and lives in Ormond Beach with her husband and two children. In her free time she goes to competitive cheer competitions with her daughter.

  • Betty – Legal Assistant

    Betty

    Betty recently rejoined the firm in November 2022 after previously working with us from 2013-2015. She is the current Legal Assistant to Diane Vidal and Michael Chiumento in the estate planning department.
    She is married and has two kids and a dog named Missy. She is originally from New Jersey and moved to Palm Coast in 2013. Betty is trilingual and can speak, read and write in Portuguese and Spanish. She is the current President of the PTO for Wadsworth Elementary. She loves kids and volunteers with the school during her free time.

  • Caroline McNeil – Paralegal

    Caroline McNeil

    Caroline has been with the firm since May 2012 and is the paralegal to Michael D. Chiumento III and Vincent L. Sullivan working on residential & commercial real estate and land use development matters. She has an Associates in Paralegal Studies and a Bachelor Degree in Business Supervision and Management both from Daytona State College. Caroline moved to Palm Coast in 2005 from Massachusetts. She is married with two children. Caroline is an avid supporter of the ALS Association – Florida Chapter, she is on the Board of Directors for Christmas with Community Heroes and has been involved with the organization for over 10 years helping the local community.

  • Isabel Garcia – Paralegal

    Isabel Garcia

    Isabel rejoined the firm in August 2021 as a Paralegal after previously working with our firm from 2005-2008. Isabel has worked with William J. Bosch for the past 16 years and handles civil ligation, family law, and landlord/tenant matters. Born in the Dominican Republic, raised in New Jersey, and relocated to Flagler County in 2004. Starting her legal career immediately after high school, Isabel brings to our firm over 22 years of experience in the legal field. In her free time she enjoys to travel, watching anything sports related, and spending time with her Goldendoodle Jax.

  • Karolyn Sheekey – Legal Assistant

    Karolyn Sheekey

    Karolyn has been a legal assistant with the firm since October 1990. She is married to Brian and they have a dog Shiloh. Karolyn enjoys reading, cooking, and watching sports.

  • Kelly DeVore – Certified Paralegal

    Kelly DeVore

    Kelly DeVore has been with the firm since 1995 and started in our residential real estate department. She came to us from Palm Coast Abstract & Title. Kelly has her A.S. in Paralegal Studies and is a Certified Paralegal through the National Association of Legal Assistants. In 2009 she became a Licensed Title Agent through the State of Florida in order to manage and run the firm’s first title company, Pioneer Title Services, LLC.   Kelly has over 26 years’ of experience in residential and commercial real estate and has also worked in various other areas of law over the years.    She currently is the firm’s real estate paralegal on both commercial and residential transactions as well as a closing agent/licensed title agent for Pioneer Title Services, LLC, the firm’s title company.

  • Lacy Martin – Marketing Director

    Lacy Martin

    Lacy recently joined the firm in 2023 as the Marketing Director. She comes with years of experience in Marketing and Communications. She has a Bachelor of Science in Legal Studies and is currently in pursuit of her Master’s in Mass Communications and Public Relations with a focus on Social Media from the University of Florida. She is actively engaged in several organizations in the community including Christmas with Community Heroes, Suited for Success, Florida Public Relations Association, Flagler County Young Professionals Group and Professional Women of Flagler County. She was born and raised in Volusia County, now residing in Palm Coast with her husband and two children.

  • Maria Ponce de Leon-Eckley – Legal Administrator

    Maria Ponce de Leon-Eckley

    Maria serves as the firm’s office main legal administrator since September 1999. She is responsible for overseeing all business and administrative matters for the firm including finance, time and billing, payroll, human resources and facilities. Maria received her Bachelor of Science degree in Home Economics from Valparaiso University in Valparaiso, Indiana in 1981. She is an active member of the Association of Legal Administrators and the Flagler Chamber Professional Women's Council.

    Maria is married to Greg and together they have a son, Eric. Maria and her family have been residents of Flagler and Volusia Counties since 1986 when she relocated from Rockland County, New York. She enjoys cooking, yoga, spending time with family, and is an avid NFL Jaguars fan. She is also the co-owner of Professional Pool Service of Flagler Co., Inc.

  • Michele Hurd – Certified Paralegal

    Michele Hurd

    Michele is the estate planning, probate, and guardianship paralegal with over twenty years of experience and has been with the firm since September 2002. She has an Associates in Paralegal Studies from Daytona State College and is a Certified Paralegal through the National Association of Legal Assistants. Michele is a Florida native who grew up in Volusia County and currently resides in Flagler and Volusia Counties, and she is married with two daughters.

  • Tiffany – Legal Assistant

    Tiffany

    Tiffany has been with the firm since 2022 as the front desk coordinator. When Tiffany isn’t working at the firm, she runs a non-profit called the Florida Chapter of The Tears Foundation, which helps families financially and emotionally after the loss of a child. Tiffany enjoys going fishing, camping and spending time with her friends and children.

  • Natasha Abrams – Paralegal

    Natasha Abrams

    Natasha has been Eric R. Sloan’s Paralegal since December 2020 and works on business, employment, health care, and civil litigation matters. She graduated from the University of Central Florida with her Bachelor of Science in Legal Studies and has worked in the legal field for over 10 years. She was born in Pennsylvania but moved to Ormond Beach, Florida in 1999. Natasha now resides in DeLand with her husband, James, and their two cats, Bootsie and Patches. Natasha enjoys spending time with her family and friends, cooking, going to the gym, traveling and doing outdoor activities with her husband.
