Areas of Practice

Civil Litigation

Vincent excelled in intellectual property law but has always enjoyed learning new things. One piece of advice he took to heart was to become a good litigator. If you are a good litigator you can work in any area of law you want and the cases are always different. Vincent has tried cases in state court in Maryland, Superior Court for the District of Columbia, and United States District Courts in both Maryland and the District of Columbia. He brings to the firm experience in both bench and jury trials, and a passion for legal research.

Probate Litigation

Vincent handles probate litigation for the firm, dealing with contested wills and trustee disputes. This very specialized and rules-driven area of the law appeals to his detail-oriented and analytical nature.

Personal Injury Litigation

Vincent is a part of the firm’s personal injury litigation team as well. His experience in taking personal injury cases before coming to Florida enables him to review cases with a fresh perspective and an understanding of how juries think. Appeals Vincent has taken several appeals successfully. He has gotten reversals for clients in such diverse matters as child support and Miller Act government contract bonds.

Copyright and Trademark

Vincent is a strong defender of Intellectual Property rights. He has litigated infringement cases before the United States District Court for the District of Maryland and has successfully registered trademarks over strong oppositions in the Trademark Trial and Appeals Board. Whether protecting an artist’s rights or defending a corporate identity in the marketplace, he will help you achieve your intellectual property goals.
