Florida Bar Honors Vincent Sullivan of Chiumento Law, PLLC

Palm Coast, Fla. – Michael Chuimento III, Managing Partner, is pleased to announce attorney Vincent Sullivan has been honored by the Florida Bar for Pro bono work in the Seventh Judicial Circuit. The Seventh Judicial Circuit Court of Florida is comprised of Flagler, Putnam, St. Johns, and Volusia Counties.

“Vincent lives in Flagler County and volunteers and councils clients at St. Johns County Legal Aid twice a month – this equates to approximately 100 hours a year,” said Michael Chiumento, III. “Vincent assists clients at no charge and helps them though the complexities of situations such as vehicle repossessions, home foreclosures, credit card defense lawsuits, and much more,” Michael added. Vincent has been volunteering since he was a student in law school and has been helping clients at St. Johns County Legal Aid for the past five years.

The term Pro bono means that the attorney is not charging for their services. Typically, an attorney’s monthly retainer for services like foreclosure defense could cost $300-$500 a month or more. Pro bono services are offered to people that cannot afford to pay regular legal fees.

Vincent was born in central California and moved to Palm Coast in 1999. He was among the first graduating class of Matanzas High School in 2008. He went on to graduate from Flagler College in Saint Augustine in 2012 with a degree in Political Science. He then attended and graduated from Florida Coastal School of Law in 2015 and ranked in the top quartile of his class.

Vincent specializes in consumer defense, appeals, debt collection defense, foreclosure defense, and real estate issues ranging from the purchase and sale of residential and commercial buildings, landlord tenant matters, and zoning and land use issues.
